Terrible and irresponsible company. It claims its website that its drivers will arrive on time as long as the correct flight number is provided. That is not my experience. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait almost three hours for the taxi. We could not get in touch with the company for the first 1.5 hours. Nobody answered our calls or Whatsapp messages. Then we were given wrong information about the taxi's arrival time.
Use this company only if you want to waste time or look like fools.

I started using this company back in 2013. I have always given them five stars as I consider their work outstanding. However, their quality has reduced considerably in the last year. I don't know if they changed owners or if the new drivers do not have the same quality standards, but they have definitely changed. Now, drivers always arrive 10-20 min late, and when you are waiting for them at Schiphol, you have to wait 30-40 min, which is insane. Before, I would call them when waiting for my luggage, and they would send the driver at that point. Now, I call them when waiting for my luggage, and then I have to call a second time after waiting 15 minutes outside, and then they send the driver. The most annoying experience happened on my last trip when the driver started texting for so long that I had to tell him to call on him. This guy was looking more to his phone than to the road. I told him to stop, finish his text, and continue. I would rather lose five minutes than risk an accident.
Sadly, I will not be using their services again. I tolerated all these crappy services for several rides to give a trusted company a chance. But, not anymore.
They lost a long-term client.

Booked a taxi to the airport two days in advance. Taxi didn’t show, no phone call or explanation. I had to catch bus and train and only just made my flight. Tried to call them and got an answering machine. Second time this has happened - previous time taxi arrived 30 minute after it was booked for.
Use this company at your peril - highly unreliable!!!

I use this service a lot and I normally am very happy with it so it grieves me to complain that the pick up at Schiphol was over an hour late. There was no message from the driver on arrival in Schiphol and telephone contact with the office was not possible. Opportunities for improvement

I needed a taxi last minute. Taxi X-cellent was the only taxi out of 5 who could help me. Waïl arrived 10 minutes early. Perfect! The car was very comfortable and his driving style is excellent. Without any delay we arrived safely at Schiphol airport. I will definitely book again the next time I need a taxi service! Thanks again, Waïl!

Everything was great, fast and on time!

When I arrived to Schiphol and I called to be picked up, no one answer me.
I lost time and I had to use a normal taxi service.

Excellent services, on time and the driver was very nice and friendly.

The experience with the online booking system was highly disappointing. Despite reserving a Taxi to Schiphol a day in advance, the request was not processed. After making three attempts to contact them via the 071 number, my calls went unanswered. Ultimately, they had to arrange a substitute Taxi from a different company, causing a delay of 30 minutes beyond my scheduled departure time.

The return journey wasn't any better. The Taxi driver arrived at the airport more than 30 minutes behind the agreed time. The vehicle provided was an exceedingly old Mercedes, which, in my opinion, should have been retired from service as a Taxi long ago. To add more to that, the car was unclean, with candy wrappers strewn across the backseats.

This service was wholly inadequate for the price paid. I will never use this company again.

On time, good drivers and comfortable cars. We use their service quite a lot and highly recommend them.

We cancelled the booking due to some reason prior to coming but the plans changed. However the taxi service was kind enough to book a taxi immediately for me and the family.
