Excellent communication and checking driver had met us at Edinburgh airport. Communication from driver Thomas was also excellent with very clear instructions and even a photo of the car. Very helpful and friendly driver. Excellent service all in all.

Airport pick up was good as office and driver constantly in touch to ensure we were not worried.

Hamza and Jeso were great!
The coordinator, Hamza, sent emails to keep us informed, his driver's details and his own phone number so we never felt concerned he wouldn't be there to pick us up from the airport. Hamza returned my texts quickly and we found our driver right away. Our driver, Jeso, was great and very nice, and he handled all the bags. I was impressed.

It was a little difficult finding the driver. I was expecting someone to meet us with a sign but we eventually found him so all is good. Directions to where he was were good once we knew where to walk. Ayan was very good at keeping track of everything.

Took a chance and booked a taxi to…
Took a chance and booked a taxi, TAXI2CARDIFF - to Cardiff Airport, a 3am pick up, as it was cheaper then parking there.
We were a bit nervous of them not turning up like uber have in the passed,...but what a fantastic service from them. Turned up on time, we were kept fully informed from the day of booking to pick up day. The drivers name, the car reg and booking ref was all sent through, via WhatsApp for direct contact to themnof any questions, and email confirmations.
It was all handled by Hamza, from start to finish. We were then sent a link again the day before we came back, with the Rtn Drivers name / vehicle details. Text the driver directly after we landed, then when collected our cases, by the time we walked outside, he was just pulling up to collect us. Can't fault the service from booking to Returning home. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use again. July 26.
