Avoid this fraud at all costs.
We've booked the taxi for New Year's Eve (Dec 31, 2024, 10pm) with information about our flight number to let them adjust it depending on earlier or later arrival. They sent a confirmation and a reminder a few days before.
Our flight arrived about half an hour earlier. Zero working or available contact was provided: all phones were on answering machines, and WhatsApp was unresponsive. We waited about an hour, but we weren't able to get any answer through any channel (phone, WhatsApp, email) and left.
We never received any email or message afterward (no explanation, no apology). We chose to pay on the spot, so no loss (except an emotional one, minding the date and time), but I have no doubt the result would have been the same if we had paid in advance. BTW, the regular taxi we used was 20% cheaper.
