I recently renewed my insurance over the phone after having to use short-term insurance policies for the past two years due to an accident I had around five years ago.
The representative I spoke with at Inshur was absolutely outstanding. If Trustpilot had a six-star rating instead of five, I would happily give him six stars. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, he worked hard to find me the best possible price and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
The level of customer service I received was exceptional, and I genuinely felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to receive service of this standard these days.
I would highly recommend both this representative and Inshur to anyone looking for insurance. Thank you for making the experience so easy and for going above and beyond to help me.

Customer service is excellent
This years quote was on the higher side so I decided to shop around. After finding something I was happy with I went back to the taxi insurer and they was happy to look back on the quote they provided. I am still pleased with how they handle my case and still continue to support them.
