Definitive Scam

This company has stolen my money in the hundreds of pounds.
I got a taxi quote from their website and paid it. They said their website made an error because I copied and pasted my flight numbers in rather than typed it. They subsequently invoiced me an extra £175.
I refused go pay this and requested a refund, particularly as their terms and conditions state that in such an instance 'the customer is entitled to withdraw and get a full refund'.
They now refuse to give my money back at all despite invoicing me a mandatory amount after the initial payment and quote. Pure scam.
