My family and I are from South Africa, We were attending my graduation in the UK, I graduated from the University of Cumbria. We were there for a week. Raj was really amazing to all of us, his generosity and kindness, truly a wonderful person. He was efficient from picking us up from our hotel and taking us to the airport. I used Carlisle taxi company for airport transfer to Newcastle. Mr Raj Francis was very professional, arrived on time and dropped us safely to Newcastle airport. On our return journey, we had informed him about our arrival time and he was waiting for us at the agreed time.
