They are scammers and need to be investigated. They keep all the money from tax return and don’t pay you what you are owed. Unfortunately there are indians thats are running this scam with people like dan on the front

Scamming gits. Same as others, used them as they were recommended but never paid me the money they claimed. Thieves!!

Filed with them in July last year ans got told I was due over 4k , not seen a penny of it , eventually spoke to HMRC who said they paid the full amount out to them in August and now the company isn't contactable/not responding. Complete let down.
They may have stopped trading and the deserve to. Won't be wasting my time on this nonsense again.

this company got a lady from taxbuddi to phone me up based in birmingham to get me back on line to reclaim tax rebate they told me that i was owed over4000 pound which was on hold in my government gateway account they have had this woman from taxbuddi birmingham phoning me up told me they have my money but they was deciding wether to give it me the cheeky sods they have robbed me blind and landed me with over a 5000 pound tax bill i contacted hmrc they was useless contacted fraud filled in the form . And guess what the lady from taxbuddi who works on behalf of these claiming the money has gone ghost on me since october 2024 disgusting people.

Just discovered this company who had contacted me re PPI, have also been in receipt of tax rebates - with nothing coming to me.
I am emailing to cancel agreements, and will report on gov.co.uk website.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Do not go anywhere near this company. After a few of my work colleagues had used them and I was strapped for cash,i decided to give them a go.
The agent was very responsive with me until I said I wanted to not go ahead with it due to HMRC wanting to further investigate I couldn’t be bothered for the hassle as I have heard your tax code will change etc.
silence for 2 months,then BOOM a £1440.00 invoice with 7 days to pay.
I emailed them and said I am not refusing to pay but I do not have that kind of money laying around 10 days before Christmas. To which I got no reply..
I queried why I was being charged £300 for each tax year filed for even though nowhere did I state that I want to file for 4 years or was I asked how many years I wish to file for,it’s obviously maximised so in a situation like this they make as much out of you as possible. To that,I also got no reply.
I Had to take a loan out to pay these scammers 10 days before Christmas.
Customer service does not exist with this company,I am genuinely appalled at the level of non existent customer support that they have provided. I will never ever go near them ever again.

do not deal with this company absolute rob dogs…..had a little tax back £78.00 took £58 for their fees these firms are just an abaolute rip off and pray on people that dont know how to do it themselves. discusting

Why does HMRC have to contact this company when writing to you in person that have been overtaxed. How can I stop HMRC doing this. It's my money not a company that contacted me on ppi. I do not want to be connected to this company. What do I do to stop them taking any money off me.

Asked them about their low Trustpilot ratings and they immediately became defensive and rude, trying to convince me that I was tied to a contract and they would prosecute me. DO NOT GO NEAR TAXCLAIMSOLUTIONS.

I got a letter last October saying I was getting a tax refund of 20057 pounds hmrc stated the cheque was being sent to tax reclaim solutions I still havnt recieved my money I believe this is theft it’s my money so why havnt I got it yet 7 months and still waiting it’s a joke

This company and the people that owned it sould go to prison how stupid are hmrc to let this company take vulnerable hard workers money and get away with it someone should be help accountable for this even hmrc should be taken to the papers the the government for thos day light robbery I think that someone from hmrc is work behind the scenes and set up this company to take people's hard earned cash the police and watchdog should be investigating this company and hmrc because if a payment has been sent to this company the police sould be able to trace where this payment has went and where the cheque has been cashed my friend lost 2680 pound and hmrc just let it happen

this company is an absolute scammers they contacted me saying i had a payment from the tax and need proof of address to send cheque this was nov 2022 even though i told them i was retired since 2009 and did not pay tax but they insisted there was a payment waiting for me so i filled the agreement form in and the date was 24 january 23 not realising they had claimed this payment before i had agreed to it to me it was a dangling carrot.the check was paid to the bank £ 1063 out of £1883 i then got a bill from the tax saying i owed them £1600 for overpayment of tax i rang the tax up and they stated it was the payment to this company and after investigating found it was a false claim when asked they said they had claimed on savings and investments which which i had neither of and they also told me they had claimed a another £812 in oct 23 and also to a company called tax reclaim solutions of £645 who i dont know of and had no agreement i have not received any monies from even though i emailed them and got no reply and now come next year i am going to have to pay this money back to the tax man as they said they were representing me i am now skint becuase of these scammers there should be a way to get these people to court i got in touch with a solicitor about it but what he quoted was out of this world .i have come to the conclusion that this country has become the worst country in the world for scammers im also having to deal with my car insurance and a cowboy roofer but i dont think i will get anywhere with them as with these people stay away

Company submitted paperwork to HMRC on my behalf to claim tax refund. £163.02 claimed and nothing from the company. Their telephone number never gets answered, and their are no contact details on their website. By time realised was a scam was too late to get the payment from HMRC stopped.

Replied to an email regards claiming overpaid tax. To my surprise received notice from HMRC that was overpaid almost £800 and cheque sent to Tax reclaim solutions. After a month I recoeved a cheque for £395 which I paid into the bank for it to bounce and be returned. Over a month later I still can't get any response from the Tax reclaim solutions office after trying endlessly on the phone to be told all operators are busy continuously from 10am to 6pm. So they have had my full Tax refund. Steer clear of these scam artists... 😡

As everyone scam company had my money since November but never anyone answers phone does not return messages and ignores messages
