I found it odd that they just spammed me and valled at random. Wasn't sure as to who they were as I never heard of them but idecided to call them anyway. They had my banking info so I honestly thought they were with Service Canada so I continued the dialogue and figured they were legit. When they told me that they could get me the most money back but wanted a percentage of it I didn't think anything of it. When I went ahead with it they were very aggressive with the phone calls and sent me an email pressiring me to pay the percentage in the next 24 hours or it would go to collections. I panicked as I saw the negative reviews and I recently got my name off the collections list so I paid it right away. A few days passed without a response so Inwaa sure I got scammed. Then a woman called to give me the date the payment would be in my account. I didn't believe it until the date came and my account had the money in it.

I was looking into disability tax credit for myself, and they decided to look into my son's DTC, he already has it. They come up with the idea it would be better for his dad to claim it and he can use the write offs. But we don't live together and wouldn't this make him eligible for the monthly payment for my child that lives with me? I just can't make sense of how they think this is helping. I wanted help to apply for it for myself. But there is no money in that for them

CTR has gotten me refunds over the years that I did not know about. I have referred quite a few people and no one has any issues
