I was expecting the engineer to be good but not this good!.He was polite and professional.And the price that we paid for a new aerial was reasonable.With a 2 year warranty to add!.I offered to put a comment on here when the engineer left because good work deserves an applause!.I can't remember the engineers name! my memory isn't what it use to be.I rang a local number and got transferred to a core centre in Scotland.Everthing was brisk! Thankyou Aerial Express for all your help!.I would recommend.

Had a new digital aerial fitted and free sat combined throughout the house. Amazing service. Engineers were very helpful and polite. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Job extremely well done :)

What amazing service, first of all the call centre staff are very friendly and helpful, they explain the process of how things will happen clearly. Also although the engeineer was a bit later than expected, the call centre staff explained that with working at hightes that things can run on a bit which is totally understandable, the engeineer was friendly and put me at ease, I normally feel very anxious having workers in my home, thank you so much for the great work you carried out.

Rang in the morning and by tea time the engineer had been, sorted TV in main room and installed a new point in my bedroom.

Excellent service start to Finnish, very fast response to my enquiry, very knowledgeable engineer had my ongoing issues solved within an hour of arriving at my house. Can't recommend enough.

My wife and I just moved into a new house and we learned that our aerial wasn't working as expected, severe loss of signal and distortion on screen lead to missing some great programmes...

I called Taylor Aerials around noon and spoke to this friendly and helpful gentleman called Kris who took my details and told me he would get one of his engineers out to me between 1-5...

Engineer was in my loft at 3pm and playing about it with the aerial and by 4pm it was all working!

I had lost my TV signal on Friday morning. I phoned up Taylor aerials, spoke to someone in the office and they sent an engineer out to me in the afternoon. Had to get a new aerial installed and I’ve never been so impressed with the work that the engineer had done. He was nice and efficient, left no mess what so ever. Will happily recommend this company to anybody!
