Successfully challenged a renowned brand ! They put the right amount of pressure…

They put the right amount of pressure on a renowned established brand to gain a result yet when I went to transfer their third bank details initialy read as unrecognised as I had entered the firm name and not the holding company .

Made a complicated process simple

I’m not great with financial stuff, but they made everything straightforward. The online forms were easy, the staff were friendly, and they always got back to me quickly. It’s rare to find a firm that combines expertise with such a personal touch
