Was able to order what I needed and it arrived quickly.

I purchased 3 items of living room furniture from Taylors and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. One of the items purchased was to be sent direct from the suppliers but through no fault of Taylors, the supplier wouldn’t deliver to us in the Scottish Highlands (not uncommon). Suzanne, as an alternative, had it delivered to their shop, then organised a courier who would deliver to us - fantastic customer service. All furniture items came fully assembled and very well packaged. I am absolutely delighted with all my purchases and would not hesitate to buy from Taylors in the future.

We found a stunning clock, which were delighted to see was in the sale. Unfortunately the clock was damaged on arrival. The Taylors team were just fantastic. I sent a short video and they sent a replacement clock within a few days. Their customer service is excellent, I would highly recommend.

The clock was as described and arrived within a week of ordering. It was well packed and sustained no damage in transit. It was a reasonable price for a quality product.
The face is really clear and it has kept good time. I am thinking a purchasing another clock for a different room. I wish that there was slightly smaller options.

I purchased a Hypnos latex pillow from Taylors on the High Street for £79. I tried the pillow for one night only, using it with my own pillow cover, and the very next day I contacted the store because it caused significant neck pain.

Despite contacting them immediately and despite the usual return rights for online purchases in the UK, the store refused to accept a return or exchange, stating their hygiene policy once the pillow has been opened.

It is also worth noting that the pillow itself comes with a removable cover, which can easily be replaced or washed, so a reasonable solution could have been offered.

I understand stores have policies, but for products like pillows — where comfort can only be assessed after trying them — this is quite disappointing.

Buyers should be aware that if the pillow does not suit them, Taylors on the High Street may refuse a return once the packaging has been opened, even if the item was only briefly tested.
