We were recommended Mark Williams by a…

We were recommended Mark Williams by a friend and he and his team really delivered. We had a fairly challenging party wall situation, with one neighbour appointing their own independent surveyor, which added complexity to the process. Throughout, Mark was extremely attentive, proactive, and mindful of our timelines, helping to keep things moving and ultimately bringing everything to a successful conclusion.

An extremely disappointing service

An extremely disappointing service
TWD Ltd did not keep to any timescales as they promised. The report provided which was supposed to be level 3 was substandard in details
My advice is to go elsewhere rather than use Taylor Williams Daley when looking for a surveyor
