Lovely bag which I had been looking at for some time. Was able to order online and collect at the store the next day. The girl in the store was very pleasant and helpful.

I contacted the shop about a Christmas present that I wanted to purchase prior to it closing for the day. The sales person kindly delivered the item to my home on her way home. I find the sales team friendly and very helpful.
