I created an account and I am logged in the app, the profile in the corner shows my name, however, I select a clip or documentary and I am asked to log in.
Such an annoying nonsense.... deinstalled it.

It takes forever to load what I want to watch. It used to be commercial free , now we get all sorts of commercials that we don't want to watch.

Not happy that TBN+ now requires a fee…
Not happy that TBN+ now requires a fee to view the channel, never used to be a fee it was always free. People can't afford to have channels anymore cause everyone is so money hungry. Please go back to free TBN because you lost me as a viewer until you do.

Customer Service very bad and made it…
Customer Service very bad and made it more expensive for me because of your fault. Told different things at different time, pay customs duty and reject the delivery will refund once you received it, then after once the payment was done they said since I paid the customs its understood I want to get it so can't reject the delivery so returning and refund not possible. I never recommend anyone especially from Canada to buy from these people as they are more expensive than we get here in Canada due to over pricing + shipping cost + Customs duty + brokerage fees +HST = Net price is 4 times higher than we get here in Canada. So don't buy from them anymore.
