Could do better…
The thermal top I bought was great, but there are a couple things TCA could do to improve the customer experience.
1. Allowing you to, or having staff on hand, to correct an order after being placed. The size was wrong in my order, I couldn’t correct it and as it was a Friday evening no one was able to help me until Monday, by which time the order had already been dispatched. M&S gives you 30mins to correct an order after being placed, for example.
2. Include a prepaid return label in with your purchase rather than having to go online, download and print one. Our printer doesn’t work so I had to drive across to a family member to print, and then it was a faff to get it to print the correct size.

Returns Portal Designed To Not Make Returns Possible & Zero Replies
Similar to other reviews below; Returns Portal doesn’t provide return address or returns label, just a pop up message saying it’s been submitted. Zero follow up email as the portal ‘advises’. No replies to emails about this either. They advertise free returns, but in reality you’re forced to keep anything you buy & get zero response & no return details!

My sister absolutely loved her half zip top. Only issue with my order was sizing. Tops came up small. Size M & L too small. She is a 12-14. Returned both got XL, its perfect

I'm really pleased that I have found…
I'm really pleased that I have found TCA Fit! I had a product query which was answered clearly, so I bought two pairs of Rapid Tapered Track Pants. These are much better than the Ronhill Tracksters that I have been buying for years. The TCA Rapid Tapered Track Pants are very well made, feel good on, look great and are well priced.

So good you will think TCA have written this themselves!
My husband and son both wear TCA sportswear but have always bought this from a third party. Never again. I will always order direct from now on.
Competitive pricing, fantastic quality and great to wash there is simply no other sportswear that comes close to the TCA brand.
I write this review as I cannot believe the customer service I have received, simply outstanding in this current climate where resources are stretched and you usually get no response from customer care teams when needing help. This was NOT the case with TCA, particularly from Daniel who deserves to be recognised and rewarded for the constant contact ensuring the matter was resolved and I was happy customer before closing the matter.
After chasing up an order needed in time for a Xmas getaway I was told this would need to be resent due to a system error. This was sent out the same day and received sooner then I expected the original order!
When I released I had ordered the incorrect shorts for my husband I contacted TCA who sent me a free return label and arranged for the correct ones to be dispatched. I was told the colours available in the size I wanted and even sent a link in that email to the page so I could view before selecting.
Nothing more could be done to what could have been a negative review to probably the best review i have written.
Thanks again TCA (and Daniel). One happy customer which will return.

Great delivery great products

Disapointing quality and customer service
Disapointing quality and customer service. I ordered some small thermal leggings. They were too small and not as warm as I was expecting, the fleece lining was very thin and I didn't feel much difference from normal leggings. They offer free returns, which is great, but doing this through their website didn't work, there is a software glitch which makes you unable to process further after a certain point. I took a screen shot showing the problem and contacted customer service. I got an email back saying I could return any time for a year. No label or instructions on how to return free attached. I responded saying I need a prepaid return label. They responded sending me a Yodel courier label, but no instructions on how to organise this! I responded asking for instructions and am waiting. I won't order from them again; they are cheap but the customer service is not good.
