There was some confusion about the release date of the items I had ordered, I contacted customer service and they clarified it for me and also sent a little freebie to make up for the confusion created. I really liked that. Also, prices were very good.

I wanna say a massive thank you to TCGDragon. I was meant to write this review earlier. I ordered 2 items, 36 booster packs and a box bundle (I think that’s what it’s called) and when I say the packaging was amazing! I truly mean that, my items were delivered promptly and I had no issues whatsoever so ever! They also bubble wrapped my product to protect it from any damage!

My items were sealed as well, so if anyone has any doubts about these products not being authentic, rest assured that they are! No tampering whatsoever!

It’s the little thing that made me satisfied with my order because there was a written note wishing me well and hoping that I was happy with my purchase!

That alone was enough to have me be a regular customer (will be ordering again when the cards I want are back in stock), but to also send me a free pack and an additional card sealed up! This is what you call peak customer service!

You can tell that they take pride in delivering their package safely and ensuring customer satisfaction!
