Trusted seller with excellent CS, need better delivery company
Excellent CS. Was informed about product not in stock the next day after order was made. They said restock is about 10 days later, but received the shipment in less than 2 weeks, satisfied with the fast delivery. If delivery is other more trusted companies and not pos laju which dumped my package (value over RM100) among my shoes without even calling me would make this seller perfect.

False advertising and bad customer service
False advertising. Website says 1-2 days of delivery, did not get any update/tracking number until 2-3 days after purchase. When I get a tracking number it is 6 days after purchase date. Shipment number from ABX Express does not update progress of delivery(Just says no records available for the shipping number). When asked why was it not 1-2 days of delivery, no answer was given. Now I know which shop to buy from as a LAST resort.

really sorry for what you have experienced, i believe your purchase was an item that was out of stock and was written in description about the estimated date of delivery. For asking us about delivery date, we will be keen to know where did you communicate with us as it is very important to us to know the area of improvement.
