Excellent tea and brilliant customer service

I've been buying tea on the web for over a decade and the Tea enthusiasts is by far the best in terms of customer service. Recently our local Royal Mail service has been terrible and my order of 3 weeks ago still hasn't arrived. So they sent a replacement by special delivery and it arrived this morning.

Also the quality of their tea is excellent - I have not tasted better Assam or Margaret Hope Darjeeling. On top of this they always send free samples of tea and biscuits along with the order

Overall great experience

At first it seemed off, with no reviews and the product not arriving for a month. However, the sales team answers emails promptly and the product did arrive just a bit over a month in. They also offered refunds and sending the order again. On their website they dont specify about taxes, yet once you buy they send an email asking if youre okay with paying taxes upon arrival, unless you answer to that email it will not be sent out.

The actual tea is amazing and was worth all the hassle. :) they also send out samples with the orders.
