I’m a huge fan of tea and the gang! My family visit the little cafe weekly to get our favourites. The Guru tumeric and butterscotch latte is an absolute treat, not too sweet but the flavour is amazing as are all the other latte blends. Even better are the amazing staff that welcome us every week, even remembering my sons favourite latte order as we go in the door. They are really knowledgeable regarding the products and give great advice when picking out teas. I am constantly recommending them to all my friends and family. Highly recommend!

Tea and the gang has some lovely tea. A shame they had some trouble with their distribution, took 2 months to receive my order, after contacting them several times.

Not their fault, and the tea is good!

I ordered on the 20th of August and today is the 5th of September, have written to them asking about my order but have not received a reply. NOW I got a crappy auto-reply that my order has been sent but still no one has answered why they messed up my order. Their customer service is a joke.

The order never came. I contacted the customer service, who said they have issues with dhl i think, and they said the order should arrive in a couple of days. That was like a week ago. After I asked some more details, and a refund, they stopped answering to my messages. I made my purchase in mid-July, and its the last day of August now. Thankfully, I paid with Paypal and got my money back through Paypal's customer service.

I have shopped here regularly online and at the HQ in King’s Lynn since it opened in July 2022. Whenever I have made an online order the delivery has been fast and well packaged (even included a couple of individual taster tea bags as an extra) I love the taste of all the tea I’ve tried, my favourites are The Dragon Chef, The Nurse, Miss Yoga and Cool Caribbean. The Blueberry Blues tea is the prettiest tea I’ve ever seen.
Every time I visit the shop the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve had the Pink Flamingo, The Guru, The chocolate and caramel matcha and the matcha lattes at some point all made for me in store with oat milk, and they were all delicious every time. The iced mango, coconut matcha latte was incredible too. I would definitely recommend popping into the shop and giving the teas and lattes a try.

P.S The crumpets are delicious too.

The lovely Grace helped me place my order over the phone after a technical hitch whilst ordering online. I had only recently tasted the Earl Grey from Tea Gang & it is sooooo gorgeous, l had to order some in a bulk bag this time!

The best tasting tea, full of delicate flavour. Speedy delivery and lovely quirky packaging all make for a cup to be sat and savoured..

Amazing tea selection and really nice shop atmosphere offering everything from drink on the day, take home and online orders.

Would definitely recommend and as I love locally will be returning soon, the honey and lemon gets a recommendation from myself, tastes amazing and reasonably priced too for such a high quality product! ☕️🫖

Ppl are nice, but I never received my order. And despite nice conversation with ppl in shop, no one actually did a thing to help. So sad.

I really was hoping that the Jaffa cake latte was going to become my go to drink but using the recommended 1.5g in a small cup with hot milk really just gives you just a hint of the flavour. So no 16 servings and at £5.99 for 5-6 servings it is too pricey for me unfortunately You need to use at least 4g to get the taste, which I love by the way, and I do not classify as sweet, in fact the perfect combination of sweet v bitter. Order and shipping was quick, they even threw in some tea bags to try. Thank you!

I bought some of the fruit tea after coming across it online and it is lovely. The glass display containers are also great and look lovely on display. I love the characters with each fruit tea. I was also sent some free samples which was a lovely touch to try and after trying them will defo be purchasing the hipster next!

I was so hoping that I was going to absolutely love this product (jaffa cake latte powder) as I don't like sweet, overprocessed drinks but the amount of powder I had to use to get any flavour at all means that the tiny pouch is going to be gone in no time.

I have followed the instructions exactly, watched videos and even measured my mug to make sure it wasn't too big but the drink I ended up with (following the guidance to the letter) bore no resemblance to the pictures of the rich chocolatey liquid seen in your promotional photographs. The instructions on the packet say use an 'average mug' (but doesn't actually tell you how many ml that is) - however on Facebook you told me it was 300 mls so that's what I used, but even increasing the powder didn't produce a rich dark velvety liquid - more a pale beige lightly flavoured drink.

Shame - I wanted to love it!

Made an order for christmas, at first I was a bit scared because the website told me the order was completed, but after talking to the customer service everything went fine! I'm very glad this could made it before christmas and from what I tried from the sample, the herbal tea are very tasteful ! :)

Ive ordered 6 teas on November 30th and haven’t received my parcel ever since. At first I didn’t even receive a tracking number so when I enquired about the order status on 5th of December I was being told it’s been shipped already and I’d have to be patient. When I tracked the shipment DHL said it’s only been announced on the 5th of December. Very weird since it’s already been a week since I put in the order. The tracking hasn’t updated since then at all (15.12.2022) so I put in another enquiry about the status of my parcel on the 13th of December, where I was once again told to be patient due to the time of year. It’s been over two weeks now and I still haven’t received my parcel nor any new information regarding the parcel tracking. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ll order tea elsewhere from now on.

What an incredible company with even more amazing team! ❤️ By now I had pleasure to try majority of their products and since a long time I haven’t see a tea company with such high quality products. Iced powdered lattes & teas taste like heaven in those hot summer days.

I purchased a pack, paid 32 GBP, and waited for it to come in the mail. When I received the package, the mail service told me to pay 32 GBP to collect it. I asked if this was due to customs, and they said it was the company saying I hadnt paid. So I asked customer service who never got back to me. The only thing is they told me that the pckage had arrived and never helped me with the money. Sp now I have paid 32 GBP for nothing. Telling everyone this is a scam.

As somebody who has travelled the world, I have become somewhat of a tea Conosiur!! I find this tea to be of the utmost quality, what I like most is that the Company manages to keep all of its ingredients natural whilst still offering a wide range of very delicious flavours. Fantastic service and delivery too. On another note its great that the packaging is eco friendly...

What an incredible company. I ordered 2 latte powder sachets- lemon meringue (delicious) & pink flamingo (glorious) and was not disappointed. All the senses tingled and I cannot wait to order more! Everything from the delivery to the packaging was sublime. Long may you rock & prosper 🙌
