I regularly buy the Margaret's Hope Darjeeling which is delicious. The website is clear, easy to search and navigate, and my order is always sent promptly. The tea always arrives well packaged. This is a company I know I can rely on.

This company to the best tea. I have bought a few from them now over the years and the aromatic smell and taste of the tea is still better than other companies I have come across. They have generally been very responsive when speaking to them and have a great selection of various teas. Only thing is I wish they would provide more information about their sustainability and trade ethos.

I decided to upgrade my review because I had a recent pack of tea where the top of the tea smelled and tasted of sage. I emailed them to complain and I got an instant response and they took a real interest in my complaint and were very pro active. It turned out that the rest of the pack was fine. But despite the first couple of cups of tea being a bit below par, I was very impressed that they wanted to sort out the problem.
This company do LOVELY tea. I'm not sure whether to keep using them or not at the moment.
My three complaints about them are 1) filling up my inbox demanding reviews for products I bought. They kept sending them and I had to junk their email address. 2) I placed an order and paid for 250 gms of tea and they sent 100gms! 3) they do not appear to have a phone number
I don't think I have ever ordered products online to find them short-delivered
