I’ve worked with many recruitment companies over the years, but my experience with TeachEast has been by far the best. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. I want to especially thank Luke, who went above and beyond to support me every step of the way.
He answered all my questions—no matter how small or repetitive—promptly and with patience. At times, it genuinely felt like I was his only client. His guidance made what can often be a stressful process feel incredibly easy and reassuring. I truly appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and approachable manner.

If you are not from the UK don't not even try and apply for jobs as they won't even apply.

I was sent multiple rude messages from them and then blocked.

I tried to apply for multiple positions but was told i am not fit because I am not from the UK and they don't see a PGCE as teaching degree. I am almost finished with a masters in education but they still tell me I won't get a position as I am not a fit.

Was contacted by one of their representatives to arrange a screening call. He's in the UK. I'm in China. 7 hours difference but a call during business hours in both time zones is possible. Provided him my availability in UK time and during UK and China's business hours as a courtesy. He suggested a call outside of my business hours, when clearly it would have been more appropriate to suggest a time within business hours for both of us. I suggested this to him in a firm but manner. I was subsequently contacted by his supervisor. She suggested a call the next day, 5:30pm my time. Could be better but okay. So I am prepared, waiting, waiting, no call. These guys are grossly unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and give them a wide berth.
