Depending on the plan selected, TeachSPL can provide recommended leave dates, estimated monthly pay breakdowns, Shared Parental Leave and Shared Parental Pay calculations, key dates, and completed employer forms to help teachers prepare for conversations with their school or HR team. We also offer a Teacher Support Plus service for customers who would like additional reassurance. This includes a personal review of their plan and forms before submission, helping them identify anything that may need checking or discussing with their employer. TeachSPL is built specifically around the needs of teachers and school-based leave planning.
