A pleasure to deal with
My professional interactions with PHS Teacrate have always been very positive. My contact, Stephen, is always quick to respond, helpful and always goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. The crates available for hire are strong, durable and easily accommodate a building move or something similar. Costs are also very competitive. I would recommend PHS Teacrate to anyone who is looking to hire storage/moving crates, and can't commend the customer experience enough.

Fantastic Customer Service
Smooth ordering process, quality items & great delivery.
What has really stood out for me is the after sale service. After sending a message to them (via social media) I had a reply within the hour, followed up by a call at my request.
There was some mix up regarding payment which was entirely my own doing but they sorted it out for me.
My second order arrived when they promised & I've been kept updated at all stages.
Great company to deal with & a special thank you to Michael and Monica for your help & patience with me.

Impressive customer service
Very impressed with the customer service from Michael. I ordered a bundle of transit cloths from PHS but ideally needed many more. I messaged PHS on eBay and they replied promptly and explained the shortage of stock. Within a week, Michael called me to follow this up and I was able to place another order and as I type this review, the delivery has just arrived! 10/10- thank you.

Excellent. We’ve used TeaCrate a few times to move house (tea crates are so much better than boxes and bags) and each time this company has been great to deal with. They drop the crates off and collect them on time. What more can you ask? This time the deputy manager (Ian) dropped them off to remind himself what it’s like to work on the ‘shop floor’.

Craig is always helpful
Craig and his team in Manchester are great. Whether you are ringing at short notice the evening before you need delivery for instance. He never sweats never over promises just says I will see what I can do and he manages it. For instance Fridsy evening at 4 craig can you deliver 20 rool cages in Leeds Monday first thing? Not sure came his reply might be Monday afternoon definitely by Tuesday let me see what I can do......... roll cages delivery 0900 Monday morning. And that's just the latest example
