Amazing customer/purchase experience
The whole customer and purchase experience was excellent. The website is very easy to use and the images and descriptions are really helpful. As soon as I finished my order, I spoke with Dani via the internal chat, and she informed me that my order would arrive soon, as they were finishing the shipment that morning. Indeed, I received my order in about 24 hours after purchase. I’ll definitely order again and recommend them!

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, nice packaged but the prices are astronomical for a little bit of tea in plastic bags contributing to more microplastics at sea and in our food chain. Other stores offer tea in paper bags which can be stored for over 1 year without impacting taste or quality, might be wort considering changing packages to save the world.

We understand that premium loose leaf teas can sometimes seem more expensive than supermarket teas, but the price reflects the quality of sourcing, small-batch production, and freshness.
The packaging we use was chosen specifically to conserve the freshness of the teas — our pouches are resealable to keep the flavour and aroma intact. The only other option that ensures similar freshness would be tins, but this would raise the cost significantly and make the teas less affordable.
We always aim to offer the best value possible while balancing freshness, sustainability, and price, and we hope you’ll continue to enjoy our teas.
