Further to my initial review I write to add a comment regarding the excellent after sales service that we received. I contacted Teako as a screw had come loose from the table and without hesitation I was assured that the table would be replaced immediately. This happened this morning and Martin, the team member who brought it, was both professional and polite. I shall certainly recommend the company, without hesitation, to all my friends and family.

Clair and her team did a Great service from start to finish the guys that fitted the hot tub could not do enough to help

We ordered rattan sofa set and would recommend highly for quality and value for money.

Delivery of a wall hanging coat rack took a month. Emails went unanswered and I struggled to get anyone to answer the phone. When I did eventually speak to someone on the phone, I still had to chase another couple of times before I received my order.

Excellent service from enquiring about our garden sofa set to delivery and after care. All went hassle free and smoothly. Thank you.

Claire in the office was fab with meeting us at a convenient time to have a look around. We have purchased twice now as we left our first one with our house when we moved. Both Hot Tubs have been brilliant. Look Great, lovely to use and great prices. Delivery always great and the guys that install are super helpful and polite. We did have an issue with our second Tub initially but it was resolved quickly and professionally. Wouldn't hesitate to come back - even got the inlaws going to get one too now!

The incredibly helpful staff member (Clare) who provided measurements before I ordered, sent additional pictures at my request and arranged delivery for when I asked, plus her prompt response to every question I asked, with a direct line to her via WhatsApp. Really grateful to her. She was the sole reason I ordered this set over others from other companies.

Clair took the initial enquiry and guided us through all there is to know about hot tubs. As it was our first time buying a hot tub, we feel that Clair did a fantastic job explaining everything. The choice range that Teako had was great as they demonstrated all the kinds of features each hot tub had. We went with The Jupiter as it's a great starter hot tub. With ten years guarantee on the hot tub and three years guarantee on the electrics. We mostly loved the fact that everything was included in the one price, such as the steps, chemicals pack, cover and lifter. The delivery and installation was also timely and done in a professional manner. All we needed to do was install an electrical point for the plug. Thank you Clair and the delivery team for the advice and guidance. We would highly recommend Teako.

From start to finish there is nothing I can fault. No strong sales pitch from lovely Clair in the showroom which was lovely. The fitters who came to install my hot tub were very pleasant and got on with the job with smiles on their faces. A complete pleasure to deal with this company.

Had my hot tub delivered today and cannot fault the service from point of sale to installation. Clair in reception was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the 2 lads she sent to install if for me went above and beyond All the staff at the woodcock Lane branch are a credit to the company Definitely recommend

Purchased a garden set on Saturday from Sutton Teako.
Delivered within 3 days and the delivery guys was exceptional. couldn't get the boxes through my door.
They offered to take garden set out and take it out into garden for me.
Could not fault this company will be buying more in the future.

The service from start to finish was excellent They had a problem with first delivery date but kept me well informed and delivery was completed three days later. Hot tub was craned over our house and then put in place by two really helpful pleasant guys. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting a hot tub
