Going after my mother in a nursing home.

My mother is in her 80s with alzheimer's and physical disabilities and living in a Nursing Home. TeamHealth is going after her because they are fighting with the nursing home over a medical bill. They are now contacting collection agencies to go after her. She is on Medicaid, has no money, is mentally incapable of knowing what is going on and TeamHealth is trying to extort money her. Medicaid pays her bills. It is between the Nursing Home, Medicaid and TeamHealth. Despite my attempts, they just keep sending threatening letters. It is illegal in Washington state for them to even do this. Lowest of the Low.
