I love the nutrition side of it and the layout of the app and re-learning health and eating and living. Been on so many other diets that haven’t really explained how to body works! Would 100% recommend team rh if looking for long term goals

Cancellation, I was not aware you couldn’t cancel at anytime and was unable to pay for a while due to being out of work as I was in hospital I was threatened with legal action even tho I can’t afford it monthly I still have to pay it

I found such a hard app to use and then you can’t get out as you have to sign up for 12 month
Then when you finally get out they continue to harass you as day breached your 12 month contract

I’ve lost a stone since January, it’s been a slow process but I get the process 😀

I joined Team RH in the autumn of 2025, after decades of trying other things. My daughter has used it for years and stays wonderfully trim, so she eventually persuaded me out of my 'weapon world' mindset! I've already gone down three dress sizes and am aiming for three more, yet because the app guides me through what I'm eating for good nutritional values, I'm hardly ever hungry and love my food more than ever now! It's a really healthy relationship I have with it and it's already improving my health in many ways. Since they're now producing their own products, I've been switching over from some of the leading brands I was already using, and they've definitely been just as effective, yet far less expensive, so I'm changing everything over to Team RH now as I know it's good stuff I can trust. Plus, that's left a little financial wiggle room for me to add in a couple of other products I wasn't using but am now benefiting from. In fact, every arm of Team RH works hard to support members as much as possible - the coaching is great, honest, and tailored to help find the things that hold back weight loss, and I've had so many 'wow' moments discovering things I could tweak to get better results, that it makes it all really easy and exciting. I also want to say a massive thanks to the customer service team, I had a query on one of my orders after an issue with delivery, and they (Nicky, so professional) kept up communication to resolve an issue beyond the point I was expecting. As I've worked in customer service roles myself, I was very impressed by that, and it's a refreshing change in a world where online ordering can be a bit hit-or-miss. I now feel totally safe ordering more from them, knowing there are such good people at the other end. I would go as far as to say that switching over to Team RH last year has been one of the best things I could have done to help myself more, and I've gone from being on the outer boundary of the weight limit my body could cope with to feeling much more spritely and comfortable in my own skin. I would hazard a guess that it could even be adding to my chances of longevity going forward, and that's massive. If you're thinking of joining, don't hesitate if you are consciously ready to make a few changes that will make you feel better, not worse, and if you're thinking of buying the products, just give them a go - I bet you'll be subscribing to receive them regularly at the best price by the second order! The monthly membership price is fantastic value considering the support you get built-in, and it helps you understand what your body is doing, and why past diets might not have worked for you. It makes so much sense once you have got into it for a few weeks and can see how your weight fluctuates and why, and how it responds to healthy tweaks in the short, mid and longer terms. By the way, I nearly went on Wegovy, but realised I could do it cheaper by signing up to Team RH and would feel fuller following it anyway - I was right! Instead of worrying about what happens when I come off it, I spend the difference on products to support my nutrition through Team RH, although I know they also do help those taking weight loss jabs too. It's a win-win with Team RH, all the way, either way, as long as you do your bit and follow it!

Team RH plan, App and products are fabulous. Team RH has given me the knowledge, skills and tools to enable me to get to my target weight and stay within it for over 3 years, as a 55 year old who has tried every diet group, fad, pill and extreme plan since I was 18, Team RH has given me control back over my diet and health. Tracking and weighing are now just part of my daily routine.
The App and feedback from the coaches is fantastic, even though I’ve been on the TRH journey for a number of years, I still watch the clips and listen to their member feedback as there is always something to learn.

Rianna from Team RH help me greatly today with my query’s and put my mind at rest. No judging, a greatly supportive team. This is the best app I’ve ever used, not just for weight loss, but the knowledge you start to learn yourself about nutrition along with constant guidance, encouragement and support from the whole team.

Just started and had a couple of questions that were answered by a young lady called Rianna , she explained the steps that I needed to take and I understood what I needed to do. Finding the app easy to navigate.

I first joined in 2020 and I had great results. My whole body composition changed. Loved my new body..a year later
I had to leave Team RH sadly as i was out of work. but never stopped watching Richie and the team on socials. I have had a hard few years with menopause and couldn't find the balance, weight went up 1.5 stone although I tried everything.
I joined back last week. Had so much energy, enjoyed my workouts and eat my recommend calories which was 500 above what I was eating myself My first week down 2.8 lbs 🙌
I know its not a huge loss some might say... but its bloody brilliant for me. On Sat after hitting my goals of protein and fibre I even had magners light as it was witjin my calories .. I am so motivated this time..deciding not to let age and menopause stop me this time.
Team RH is incredible and the app is amazing so easy to navigate. The team are supportive and so helpful 👏 ❤️ ☺️

Great app for calorie count if you stick to it it works

Love the app and the motivation from the team. They may sometimes come across as a bit harsh but all in all they have the interests of their members at heart and sometimes we all need some honest truth to break through to the next level.

Also, I let them know I was pregnant and they were super supportive allowing me to pause my membership and come back when I was ready.

I love the 0 bullshit approach TeamTh have holding you accountable. However they also care and empathetic when it matter. I have been in the plan for over a year and my relationship with food has improved massively. I have had a few breaks however my knowledge and understanding of nutrition has improved so much and I love that it’s nit all about the weight loss but about being healthy and maintaining this.

I have loved being with Team Rh they are always on hand for constant support I love the Facebook private group and Richie’s no bullshit approach. The app is amazing to and holds me accountable without to much pressure. Honestly have enjoyed being with Team Rh and can’t wait to hit my goals. This is one journey I have been able to stick to.

Richie and coaches know what they are talking about, always good honest advice, also the app is amazing as are the supplements and protein products they sell and very reasonable price

I signed up to Team RH thinking I was paying monthly. I later found out that they treat this as a 12-month minimum contract, with the remaining payments still due if you try to cancel.
I tried to cancel through my account and was told my cancellation request could not be completed because I still had 10 payments remaining. I raised this with Team RH and asked them to show where the 12-month commitment was clearly displayed before I signed up and entered my payment details. Their response was to refer me back to a “See Terms” link and the Terms and Conditions, then close the complaint and say they would not engage further.
The app itself does have some good features, but I personally found it faffy and it wasn't friendly (for me) for logging stuff quickly.
The cancellation process and customer service have really put me off.
A 12-month financial commitment should be made obvious before payment, not something customers feel they only discover properly when they try to cancel.
My advice: do not sign up unless you are 100% happy to pay for the full 12 months, even if you think you’re choosing a monthly subscription.

Easy to use and follow, app is easy to use , keeps you in control, also cheap

Was really good to be apart of team rh, I would say that the before an after photo part would of been really beneficial but I think the app is great & I love the food choices & workout options to

I’ve been using Team RH for about a year now. It helps me to keep focused, even if I’ve had a bit of a whole I can jump straight back into it. The support groups are very helpful for getting some hints and tips from other users & coaches. The app itself is so easy to use and gives you so much information. Amazing set up and very very reasonably priced, I recommend it to everyone

Where to start...

After years of yoyo diets, eating plan fails I came across Team RH.

Game changer!

I'm finally seeing success, not just on the scales but in confidence too.
I have a better understanding of the food I am eating, I'm no longer starving and appreciate the extra couple of minutes it takes to check the weight of foods and see accurate results.
Richie says it as it is, I love his honesty its refreshing.

I recommend the app to everyone as it's great to help track food, user friendly and the additional recipes and work outs are fab bonuses.
