The print job on my custom hoodie order was amazing even though I had super tiny text. And I wasn’t charged a minimum set number of hoodies for my custom order which was amazing because it was two different yet matching hoodies for my sister and I. The whole experience was great and my delivery got here right on time when they said it would be!

I placed my order on December 7th full knowing that the order would be ready by the 20th. When the 20th came I was advised that my package would be here by 9:00 p.m. that day but nothing came. The next day I was advised the same thing, and the same with the next day. The gift I was waiting for came the day after Christmas. It sat at a post office in Ohio for 5 days. When you set the expectation of something coming in by a certain date, your customers count on you to adhere to that date.

Got a medium, realized it was too big, and they sent me a small for free. I never leave reviews but I feel obliged this time.

Great service and support. When an image issue came up the company informed me and suggested a way to fix the issue. Very prompt and the order looked better than expected

Shirts were not ready when they said they would be and they did not confirm the proofs before they produce them. The shirts came out looking weird and very very late

I ordered a t-shirt on December 3, and still haven't received it! It's December 23 now. Estimated delivery date was 12 December. I have emailed them 3 times by now but no response yet. I also tried calling them but the lines are always busy!! Very frustrated and disappointed because it was supposed to be a present.

I’ve read a team shirts a five because they were able to reproduce for me my 1974 Edinburgh State team sweatshirt they did a fabulous job colors were perfect and it was embroidered

Very pleased with my tee shirt. Perfect layout and colors. Size XL is very large. Would recommend customers to size down.

I ordered from you because the delivery timeframe matched my needs. I even paid extra for the express delivery so that items would arrive a few days earlier. You didn't even send out the package until AFTER the delivery date, so items never made it on time for my event. When I reached out about it before the delivery date, I was told I needed to refuse delivery to get a refund. I explained that nobody would be at the office to receive or refuse delivery, since the package was arriving at a later date than planned. I have emailed and called repeatedly to try and get my refund for both the order and the express delivery and nobody has picked up the phone or responded to my emails. Your service is terrible.

Terrible quality, there is a yellow spot around the logo print, as if it had faded in the sun, I am disappointed

Still have not received the product, after receiving a guarantee that it would arrive by November 28th. It is now December 13th. This is AFTER I had paid for "express shipping."

Terrible on timing. Don't order hoping for a Christmas Arrival unless you order in July.

Other shirt companies wouldn't make my shirt and wouldn't give me a reasonable excuse. TeamShirts didn't give me any trouble. Great experience and totally would recommend!

I am very pleased with the shirts and my logo on them. It was done just as I desired, and I would recommend to anyone asking about what this company offers.

The shirts tend to run very very small and lack any stretch.

Bad quality

Good quality of both material and printing. Delivery as expected, we went slightly bigger sizes for everyone to be safe, but no need as they were true to size. We bought hoodies. Would recommend and buy again.
