The whole process was positive. The interface for designing custom shirts is user friendly. The value in product is good and the delivery time was quick.

High Quality print, very crisp. Sent all-personalized 1 sample running t-shirt, with complete vector graphics (svgs) and following their restrictions. It looks exactly like the preview! Went with express order in november 2025. Processed in 2 days, delivered in 7. 10/10 would order again

Really slow delivery, and they Said I would have the package to days ago, but I haven’t received any thing yet.

The quality of the t-shirt and the print is not good and not worth it the price.

Very poor service, ordered football strips on express service option, 14 days later and still no items, phone customer services are called no way of telling how long production will take.

The delivery was late and the print quality was underwhelming. T-shirt quality OK, price fine, but I have seen much better.

No warning in advance on team shirt about legal issues.

First “order received” , then "in printing” then “on the way with arrival date”. Then “sorry you haven’t received your order”. “shall we make another again”. And now 3-4 weeks later. “We can not print this”. It’s simply not okay

If you just after receival of the order reject it’s fine. Now 3-4 weeks after, and a lot of smoke, time is waisted.

I didn't imagine that the product would come with such a low quality. I bought two hoodies with a custom design uploaded by me. The logos are out of focus and in a VERY low quality. It was supposed to be a gift, but I don't have the courage to give something like that to anyone.
I probably won't purchase anything from TeamShirts again.

No service and disappointing product

I ordered a shirt from TeamShirts, and it did not live up to my expectations at all. Nadine reached out to inform me that there was an issue with the production, specifically that the writing on the back could not be done as I had requested. While I understand that mistakes happen, this issue was on their end, not mine. I was disappointed, and I mentioned that I thought some form of compensation was fair given the situation.

Instead of resolving the problem, I was offered a 20% discount on my next order. But the issue is with the current order, not some future one! Due to a tight deadline, I had no choice but to accept their version of the shirt, which was not what I wanted. Absolutely no consideration for the inconvenience caused. This is poor service, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Super helpful staff and my hoodies came a week early. Can’t ask for any better!
