I was looking for a DTG print on my shirt but I received something else. Good quality but not what was advertised or paid for

The t-shirt was of good quality, but they didn't take care with the printing. The file was sent without a background, and it was transferred to the t-shirt, resulting in a "square" – it didn't look good. I didn't return it because it was personalized.

The printed shirts looked fab. Only mishap was a mistake in the printing. Teamshirts corrected the issue very professionally and without any problems. Thank you!

The quality of the T-shirts is good, but 2 of the prints had some defects. Additionally, the delivery was poor. The box arrived extremely torn, and it seemed like the T-shirts could have been stolen through the tear. I also felt that the T-shirts should have been packed in plastic or another box for better protection.

It would be good to get the tracking code as I wasn't able to know when the shirts were arrive. They end up arriving next day.

Thank you for the great service! At first, we received hoodies in the wrong sizes, but you handled the complaint excellently, and we received the correct sizes as a replacement. The print quality is outstanding!

The product is good, I’m happy with it, but there were problems with shipping where apparently the first delivery attempt ‘failed’ because an erroneous address although the address was correct all along. Also, the original tracking number never showed that UPS had even received the package for shipping, which is weird, since I was told delivery couldn’t be made….. I called in a few times and customer service was excellent, that I must say. Very polite and helpful. Product finally came about a week late, but I am happy with it and would use TeamShirts again.

The size of the item is bigger than I expected, but it’s not too bad:) the print quality is excellent!

the quality of your work is superb and the materials are really good but the fact that you cannot follow your order after fulfilled and the fact that your systema cannot determine if I actually RECEIVED the order before ask me how you did tells me that you need to work on that area. For what you charge for posting … certified post would be fine so customer can track it . To the day .. had been more that 20 days from purchase , still no delivery .. and no way to know where is it .

The print quality is fine. The thing that surprised me was that the image printed was a bit smaller than what I had designed. I had previously designed the same shirt from another printer, and it was maybe 10% bigger. Not a huge deal, just noticeable.

Also, it's kind of a bummer that you can't move the printable area on the shirt. A full-size shirt print would be pretty rad.

The product that we ordered came really good it came exactly as we want it highly recommended👏👏👏💯
