I am deeply disappointed with TEAM WANG design. Despite their 'luxury' branding and a physical card in the parcel promising a '7-day no questions asked' exchange/return policy, the team has completely ignored multiple emails and messages. It is deceptive to promise a guarantee and then go silent when a customer tries to use it. If you value your money and expect professional service, stay away. This is not how you treat supporters.
