Are these guys legit, because I feel like I’ve been had? Been waiting for aaaaaages and I’m just getting nothing back whenever I try and contact them. Getting boring really, don’t waste your time.

Still waiting for my order which was delivered over 4 months ago for a Christmas present... maybe the following Christmas is a more realistic aim.

Always the same generic response whenever you email them, delays etc, they obviously cannot locate your parcel.

Still waiting for my order, two months now, I understand circumstances, but this is a joke now, I also paided extra for two day delivery, you really should put something on your website, instead of misleading people, was told today could still be another 5 weeks wow!

After a bit of confusion regarding delivery dates, the service was great - responded promptly to emails and helped me clear things up. To be honest, it was probably my fault for expecting a made to order personalised item to be delivered next day during a pandemic! Love the finished item, would definitely use again. Thanks

I don’t blame businesses at all for delays during a pandemic - completely understandable that production/packing times should be suffering at the moment. However, it’s irresponsible of Teamzo to continue to state on their website that next day shipping or even 2-3 day shipping is available, and that most orders are being delivered on time, when it’s clear that most orders (including my own) are taking months to arrive, if they arrive at all (mine still hasn’t.) After reaching out to customer support, I was sent a response saying that per their website, many orders are delayed 4-6 weeks. This is nowhere on their site. And if it was, I’d happily wait the indicated amount of time! Teamzo - update your website. Stop making false promises to your customers, and you won’t be inundated with negative reviews!

Still waiting for a response from them regarding a refund, took my payment even though aparently out of stock even though it said in stock,but now I want my money back they dont want to know!! Overall this has been going on for 2mths so I would highly avoid this company!! Will send another review in couple of days if not sorted.

My wife ordered a jersey for me for Christmas November 14. It is the end of February and we are still waiting for the jersey...

THIS IS A SCAM!!I paid 73.49 for a newcastle United top and 8.50 for next day delivery.that was the 12 February it's now the 23rd.i was told I couldn't get a refund but they could swap top for a different size then I could get a refund and it would take 3-5 working days it's been 6 working days now and no refund or top to be seen.i have repeated messaged them with delayed response.DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

I ordered a retro shirt as a gift, with a 3 day estimated delivery time. After 2 weeks, I hadn’t had the item and was emailed that it would be a 6 week + wait as advertised on the website- I double checked and this wasn’t on the website.
I requested a refund, which was agreed within 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later and no refund yet. Luckily I paid with PayPal, so I’ve escalated it with them.
Absolute jokers- avoid this company.

Product is great but i ordered it on the 1st of december but recieved it on the 15th of february, i understand were in difficult times but it should of been delivered within there timeframe

Excellent service, prompt delivery concidering the circumstances we are in, and recieved a quality product. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again. Top notch from start to finish.

I ordered a retro top on December 6th which said would be dispatched within days to theres find out it would take 4/5 and here I am on the 13th February still waiting for my devliery, has anybody else had problems like this?

Ordered a kit for my little boys birthday. Brilliant service that was fast and reliable. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Update on my previous post. Retro shirt never turned up had to contact PayPal for a refund which after a few days I received so thankfully I managed to get my money back. This company is a sham and I recommend nobody should use them in the future.

Excellent service with updates & delivered on time. Couldn’t find this item in my size anywhere else.
