I love your tea (but I don't like the packaging!)
I cannot open the 250gm bags without the tea leaves spilling out everywhere. The cellophane paper is so thin it just tears. 😕

The service is first class - ordering is easy and delivery is fast. The products are excellent and live up to their descriptions.
No complaints whatsoever.

When my initial order went astray (delivered to the wrong address) Tea Palace made it right immediately by sending a new batch of tea to me immediately. Many thanks.

The teas are amazing - excellent selection and there is always something new to tempt me. The shipping to Canada was easy and my package arrived when promised. It contained everything I ordered and the packages were all intact.

Exactly the flavour I was looking for - stronger than the usual Jasmine but not bitter and more fragrant.

Made my order for teas on Black Friday, 27 November 2020. Today is 16th of February 2021 and no trace of my order. I make an enquiry about the order status every month but haven't got any reply to any of my inquiries. Only got an e-mail from Tom at the Tea Palace a Month ago that they can cancel my order but they have not answered to my reply to this either. It was €193 order so I'd pretty much like to receive it actually.

Is there any chance to get Tea Palace attention through this environment here?

It took a month to receive my order. The tea bags are so easily torn, regardless of how careful you handle them.

Daniel, thanks for your reply - I already called the company to let them know that my order was missed out and that is how I got my order. I think you really need to do something about the tea bags. The tea I ordered (Chamomile, Peppermint, etc.) tastes good but the tea bags got torn so easily while separating the string from the tea bags. Some of the teabags were already torn inside the package and a lot of tea leaves are floating inside the mug whenever we have your tea so my partner even said he would rather not have tea. It would be good if you could look into the process of packaging and the quality of the tea bags because the taste of the tea itself is fine.

I made an order on November 27 .Order number 18552 !! Until now received nothing. They even do not answer to my emails . I wrote 4-5 emails. Just answered first time to tell me to wait several days and until then , waiting more than 1 month. I made an order of 220 euro , and they just do not answer, and do not send nothing !!!!!!!!!!! I can not understand how you can ignore your clients in this way .... very disappointed.

I ordered on 27 of November still not delivered absolutely no feedback shocking service
