Worst customer service

Worst customer service, the company cannot for the love of their life return items even after almost an year, and it’s just the same thing all over again you call get the same response and automated email, even if you involve lawyers

I paid 234€ and never received the product

I ordered an SSD for 234€ from Tease Solutions over a month ago. The delivery was promised by July 2nd, then delayed multiple times — to July 4th, then July 10th — and eventually marked as “shipped,” but I never received anything.

No tracking number was ever provided, no parcel arrived, and customer support gave vague replies or no response at all. Despite repeated messages, I was never refunded. It feels like a scam.

Avoid this seller at all costs. Unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional.

Had a defective product that was…

Had a defective product that was shipped back for repair and now i don't get any answer back from them, so now i have lost the money and product.

The police and VISA has been informed.

Update: After I posted my warning on their facebook page, my facebook account hase been receiving hacking attempts.

Sending back not posible

Bought a product through Media Markt and it was not clear that the product is sent by a shady third party. Could not reach anymore at tease solutions to send it back. No customer service and no fulfillment of their obligations. Just a scam.

I think this company might be scamming people

I think this company might be scamming people. They were supposed to send me a refund for something I returned, but they kept ignoring my emails, telling me it could take up to two weeks.
Except it took well over two months, and the only reason they ever got back to me, because I complained through PayPal.

I received the product

I received the product, it was what I expected to receive. The shipment was a couple of days late, but that was not a problem for me. When I had a question, they answered promptly.

Frustrating Experience – No Tracking, No Answers

I ordered a Huawei IdeaHub S2 (IHS2-65SA, Art.-Nr. 14782544000) on April 14, 2025, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Despite the promise on their website that orders are delivered within 1–3 days, it has now been over 10 days and I have not received a tracking number or even an official order confirmation.

What made things worse was the customer service. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email, and not only did I receive no helpful information, but one representative even ended the call abruptly. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for any company—especially when customers are left completely in the dark about their purchase.

I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience so far.

Fast and reliable

In Berlin, it's rare for a delivery person not to steal or deliver a package to the right person. So, this one was surprisingly fast and reliable, but the delivery wasn’t with DHL, so maybe that’s the reason.

Sikkerhed for at blive scammet

Bestilte en vare der kostede €1700 fra Tease-shop.de. Varen var på lager, men efter 1 uge var den alligevel ikke afsendt.

Så kontaktede jeg Tease-shop og modtog straks et standardsvar retur om, at der havde været forsinkelse på leveringen, men at jeg ville modtage varen om 3-4 dage.

Der gik endnu én uge før varen blev afsendt og jeg modtog et tracking nummer. Det er nu én måned siden.

Trackinginformationen har ikke været opdateret siden. Ved kontakt til Tease-Shop fik jeg endnu et standard svar, der ikke forholder sig til mine spørgsmål. De svarer blot, at de kan glæde mig med at pakken er afsendt og sender mig tracking nummeret igen.

Al kontakt til Tease-Shop resulterer enten i et standard svar eller intet svar.

Det er ikke lykkes mig at få Tease-Shop til at kontakte DHL og melde pakken mistet.
Jeg har selv kontaktet DHL, som først svarer at de ikke vil udbetale erstatning til andet end Tease-Shop. Da jeg beder dem om at finde min pakke, så er de heller ikke villige.

Jeg har siden brugt meget tid på at undersøge Tease-Shop. Jeg kan se at de benytter sig af samme procedure, som jeg selv har oplevet, for at svindle deres kunder:
De hæver pengene fra dit kreditkort, sender ikke varen eller sender en defekt/forkert varer. De svarer ikke på kommunikation - kun med standardsvar, som ikke har noget med spørgsmålet at gøre.

Jeg har anmeldt Tease-Shop til Visa, min bank og politiet.

Ordered an item costing €1700 from Tease-shop.de. The item was in stock, but after 1 week it still hadn't been shipped.

I then contacted the Tease shop and immediately received a standard response back that there had been a delay in the delivery, but that I would receive the item in 3-4 days.

Another week passed before the item was shipped and I received a tracking number. It is now one month ago.

The tracking information has not been updated since. When contacting Tease-Shop, I got another standard answer that does not relate to my questions. They simply reply that they can please me that the package has been dispatched and send me the tracking number again.

All contact with Tease-Shop results in either a standard response or no response.

I have not succeeded in getting Tease-Shop to contact DHL and report the parcel lost.
I myself have contacted DHL, who initially replied that they will not pay compensation to anything other than Tease-Shop. When I ask them to find my package, they are not willing either.

I have since spent a lot of time researching Tease-Shop. I can see that they use the same procedure that I myself have experienced to defraud their customers:
They withdraw the money from your credit card, do not send the item or send a defective/wrong item. They do not respond to communication - only with standard answers that have nothing to do with the question.

I have reported Tease-Shop to Visa, my bank and the police.

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support.
My order was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago.
When I send an email asking for tracking number, i always receive the same generic email as response, that contains no tracking number. Stay away from them if you can!

I ordered a black gaming Chair as a…

I ordered a black gaming Chair as a Christmas present for my son. Tease shop sent me a pink one. I sent it back and ordered another one in black, in hope IT arrives before christmas.
It did, but again pink coloured. We refused acceptance this time.
Now we are still waiting for refund of the first chair, we sent back.
I ve mailed this terrible company and even sent prove, that i ordered the right item many times and called their customer service. The poor trained callcenter guys dont know, how to handle the problem and allways tell me, to lead my topic to the right coworker.
Nothing happens. Still two month after ordering, no refund.
Btw ordered in Germany (idk if they act more professional in other countries)
