Very thorough and comprehensive introduction to End of Life. Emma is a patient trainer and very understanding- when I was unable to complete the end assessment due to work commitments she reset it for me repeatedly until I was able to complete it - and it only took 5 minutes!

Emma is an extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful, friendly, professional trainer. Her courses are interactive and engaging and it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with her. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND T.E.A Training for your Health and Social Care (and other) training needs!

Really great training, and very informative.

Emma's training was excellent. It was informative yet fun! She was able to answer all of our questions and there was enough interaction to keep our interest. The fact that the time went so quickly I think indicates how engrossed we were!

Emma Armstrong is an amazing trainer and mentor, I first met Emma when I started as a trainer assessor, it was my first real training job so I was very much out of my comfort zone, Emma has a way about her that puts you at ease straight away, her patience to help you find your best learning style to enable to to reach the highest of standards is absolutely outstanding.

Emma's passion for what she does shines though in every single training session she holds, she she has the ability to turn the dullest of courses in to fun ensuring the learners are engaged every step of the way, Emma ensures her interactive games are things the learners will talk about for a very long time

Excellent training. Very interactive and practical. Made it extremely easy to understand and retain the information. Had end of topic assessments to test knowledge. Exceptionally friendly and easy to ask questions to or talk to, very supportive. Would recommend to anyone.

I had previously worked with Emma Armstrong (Qualified Health and Social Care Assessor and Health/Social Care Trainer) and would highly recommend her as a training provider and consultant. Emma is extremely knowledgeable and competent in her topic and subject areas and is extremely resourceful within her teaching approaches and delivery.
Emma is extremely competent to be able to adjust her teaching delivery and adapt to all individual preferred learning styles to be able to meet a persons specific need. Emma is truly exceptional! Both as a person and, as a professional. Emma always puts the person or her cohort group at the centre of her training to ensure that individuals she's teaching, feels confident and competent when leaving the learning environment to be able to embed their acquired new skills and learning experience's into their working practices.

Excellent mentorship skills, expert knowledge of Subject Regulations, Occupational standards and excellent assessment skills. Very professional, effective communicator and very good at motivating learners.

I have known and worked with Emma for a number of years. She excels at effective teaching striving to motivate and engage all her students in learning rather than simply accepting that some students cannot be engaged and are destined to do poorly. She believes every student is capable of achieving success in what they do and finds ways of making each learner's experience successful.
Emma has a very relaxed and reassuring teaching style and compassion to support those who struggle with conventional learning styles.
Coupled with both industry and teaching skills alike, Emma is destined to succedeed with T.E.A training and is far more suited to team training than "off the shelf" larger training provider delivery

The training I received was amazing. The trainer was very polite and friendly, she explained everything in a way that I was able to understand and if I didn't she went back over it. I often find any training difficult as I am dislexsic. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company as my experience was brilliant.
