TeaVivre Reviews

Teavire offers premium teas, and the Silver Needle has become a favorite for my morning cup. The generous samples included with each order are a wonderful bonus and a great way to discover other teas. Shipping can sometimes take up to two weeks, but the quality of the tea and the thoughtful extras make every package a pleasure to receive.

Arrived as expected, tracking very detailed, excellent quality, interesting variety of options.

excellent service, fast delivery, superb tea

Well up till about a year ago I was a Longjing advocate for TeaVivre, but a sample of Chun Ya (Spring Bud) well all I can say is 3 orders of 400g Chun Ya and I’m not looking back. IMHO I believe it (if not should be) one of the Top 10 Chinese Teas, floral n nutty with a most pleasant aftertaste, cheers TeaVivre for a quality product and promot shopping, Les

Great communication and service, order arrived quickly and was packed nicely

The shipping was quick and the price had me worried at first but these are very quality teas im definitely going to be a repeat customer

The quality of the product is insane! wonderful packaging and amazing tea. Couldn't ask for better. I ordered the tea resin and a mandarin orange pu erh sample, both were in great conditions and displayed a very good taste profile. the support center was very helpful, couldn't be happier.

I am very happy of the teapot, I will shop again. Thank you so much.

This is an exceptional Lung Jing and the finest that I have tasted in 2026. I brew 2g at 185° with 12 ounces of water. And Teavivre is the finest team merchant I have found. Thank you

shipping via Germany is a great idea. no more import taxes and paperwork.
thank you very much!!!

Lovely customer service: prompt and kind replies and eager to fix any issues. Delivery was also prompt given that it had to come all the way from China to Europe and then to Estonia which is a bit on the periphery. First impression very pleasing. Got to try only one of the teas yet, but I am very happy with what I tasted and smelled. Fully met expectations.

Fast delivery, nice packaging, good quality of tea, easy navigating website.

Great and stable quality tea, the next batch has always been as good as the previous.
Customer service is incredible, A kettle was damaged during shipping, they asked for pictures of the damage so they could pack it better and then immediately shipped me a new one, for free, only 1 day after I received the first package.

Admittedly, I'm a tea snob. I hunt endlessly for the best loose leaf distributor, both on-line and in cities when I travel. I lived in Shanghai for a year and found wonderful teas. I returned home and could not find the same quality, especially in full leaf teas like: Kuuman and Hunan. LOOK NO FURTHER. After over a decade buying from a Boston area company, I have found TeaVivre and they OUTSHINE EVERYONE. (They even import directly some orders from China to your door because they are impossible to get anywhere else. TeaVivre's QUALITY IS UNMATCHED. This is the real deal.

The beautiful teapot arrived. It's more than we expected! Thank you!

Well packaged , very good quality This is my second purchase . My other teapots from another supplier , are more than twice the price !! I wish I would have found Teavivre sooner ! Honestly , a really good value .

The box containing the Shi Feng Dragon Well Longjing Green Tea I ordered two weeks ago arrived safe and sound.
The box containing the tea is very sturdy; obviously, the tea leaves were in a ziplock bag, but even the Menghai Ripened Pu-erh Cake Tea was placed in a ziplock bag!
I found everything very professional.
Regarding the shipping, I'm very pleased.
I'll give you another review once I've tasted the various teas.
