Store and Dashboard

Tebex has not only been a Store for my FiveM Script Development. There support team is always there when I need them. The Dashboard is really easy to work with. I've had my store for about 5-6 months now. And my customers had no issues with nothing.

fraudtsers ignore uk online selling regulations then block or ignore any complaint a company that should not be used at any cost asked to change this as it may be defamatory would you like to see the whole email chain and online messages where they refuse to process an online sale refund within 14 days as required by uk law i copied them all, in fact they supported the fraud initially started by hollowservers.com

Look elsewhere.

Every opportunity to slow your transactions down, and specifically the withdrawals, will be taken to keep money in their accounts as long as possible all in the name of compliance.

The compliance team are a huge bottleneck - I understand you need compliance, but they go a mile above what's required.

Support takes days to get back to you - why no Live chat at least? its shocking.

I'm sick of them honestly, after 4 years our partnership will soon come to an end.
