Irene was awesome and provided…

Irene was awesome and provided incredible customer service. Not only did she explain her answers to my questions thoroughly, but she provided the support I needed to get the answers I needed. I was a first-time user to Tebex and Irene eased me through the process. The panel does have some features that aren't explained well, but even when I had misunderstandings or an inconvenience with a feature, they accommodated me. Tebex was more than understanding and apologetic, and I even got a free Tebex Plus plan out of the deal!

Terrible customer service

Got charged by Tebex tried contacting them immediately after I got charged, there support is terrible especially considering if your card was used fraudulently on there service. There customers support is pretty much no existence so be careful. They refused to help me figure out what was happening or even send an invoice, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They don't take unauthorized transactions seriously, they'll avoid all accountability and won't work the card issuer. Still trying to do it lol

As for our support, we always aim to assist all users to the best of our ability, but we must comply with strict data protection and payment processing regulations. In instances where we are unable to verify the identity of the individual or locate the transaction without a valid invoice or reference, our ability to help is unfortunately limited. In your case, the advice to contact your payment provider was the correct step, and this should help you in recovering the funds.

Endorse Scammers, Take 0 Responsibility

They provide 0 buyer protection when scammed. Never use them. Had a server owner straight up steal money and never update or join the server again, they even blatantly shut down their Tebex store after the scam. Tebex proceeded to do nothing about this, and just let them take the money and run. I hope Tebex understands what precedents this sets. Instead of being a loyal customer, I hope you enjoy that petty $40 you stole from me. Because I would’ve spent thousands if your company just gave a single ounce of a fk to do the right thing. You leech off of servers, and provide NO buyer protection, only seller protection. You don’t even provide support for buyers, you basically tell us we’re SOL using your platform. The day your company shuts down will be a great day. I encourage anyone reading to avoid them, they won’t have ur back if things go south. You’re on your own. No matter how much money you were scammed out of.

To add to the response below: no they do not. They sent me a copy and pasted response, I provided screenshots of the other players stating the same... and even other players reporting the same store! Guess what tebex did... nothing! You clearly don't care if you copy paste the same "policy" to several of the same reports. Do better.
