I'll tell you my experience, I took a $300 package and after making a profit of $238 they refused to pay. As already described by user "MIKE", they also asked me to invest more money in order to reactivate my account and withdraw my profit. I refused and now my earned money is blocked.

Great experience so far! You get a £50 bonus on joining so you can get mining straight away! The website is nice too, I’m a beginner to cloud mining so it’s was good to see how easy the website is to use and they explain everything for beginners!
I’ve been on other cloud mining websites and they bombard you with mining terminology that feels like a different language.
