Excellent and quick service. We asked for an eye to be kept out for a second hand laptop for our boy to use for his school work. They came back with 2 different laptops and 2 different prices and talked us through both. They then checked that we could us the sites we needed for homework worked as our computer wouldn't run them. Thanks so much. Will def use again

My pc was just not wanting to play ball with me again, so I gave Teccs a call and explained the problem, later that evening my computer was picked up and sorted with in 2 days! quick and efficient and everything was explained at a level anyone could understand.

Have had Tom out to help with a problem with my laptop, he came out to me the day after we spoke, very knowledgeable, did everything he could on site to try and resolve the issue, had to take my laptop away to do further work on it but kept me up to speed and we had discussions on the way forward. I decided on a new laptop as mine was over 10 years old, and while it could be fixed it was still going to be the old laptop and as I'm looking at setting up a new business it made sense to get a more up to date model. Tom helped me to source the right one, got all my data transferred over and then came out to finish the setup and show me round what was there and what I needed to do. Really friendly, easy to chat to, always upfront as to the rough costs involved, and always happy to do what he can to help. I already have him lined up for some more work I'm wanting to do, thanks Tom!
