The product turned up really quickly
The product turned up really quickly, which given where I live is unusual to say the least. Fitting and set up took very little time and was easy to do. The image quality is great and the battery is pretty good for such a small unit.

The charging port on my camera broke so…
The charging port on my camera broke so I sent it off to be replaced. The turn around was quick, but unfortunately it only lasted for 5 weeks before breaking again. It cost me over £40 to send it off, so I wasn't impressed!

Bicycle camera
I bought the DC-1 and mounted it onto my helmet. The bracket assembles securely and is made of a high quality material that I imagine will never break.
I love this camera (!) and have used it to successfully prosecute other road users. The clarity of recording is excellent.
Also, aftersales service from the company was first rate; quick informative replies.
I cannot rate this device high enough.

Great camera for horse riders too!
I have the DC-2 dual helmet camera.
Easy to set up and to download and edit videos straight to your phone.
Also a really good safety camera for horse riders as it can take a video of cars from behind and from the front. Same with jumping sessions etc. front and rear view. You can also adjust the view /angle you’re filming at.
When on hacks or holiday riding other riders love it too as you can share videos of them galloping behind you! Or you can ask them to wear it to take videos of you. This makes it quite distinct from a lot of the popular go pro models that don’t have the dual video. The stabilisation and sound reduction is not as good as some go pro models, but they are about 3x the price ! So for the price this is a really good bit of kit.
I’ve loved it for holidays easy to put on and off your helmet and pack away etc. I used a hard sunglasses case to put the camera part in to keep it safe! Used a bit of the packaging in the case to hold it snug 🤣
Oh and customer service quick too as others have said!

First time head cam user for horse riding...
I chose this HC1 camera as it is lightweight has good video quality and sound. I am a first time user and was considering a go pro but chose this due to its size. I suffer with migraine so didnt want anything to set one off whilst riding my pony. The camera itself is great but unfortunately does not have an app where I can edit videos and put music to footage as the go pro does.
With hindsight I should have looked into this more as I am finding it difficult to save and share my experience with others. Customer service have advised on other apps I can use but not being very techy I think I would have found it easier having an app that was designed for the HC1. thank you
