Best camera I have ever purchased

Best camera I have ever purchased, well worth the money. I brought the dc1 pro front and rear lenses. The camera was dispatched very fast, arrived very quickly and packaged extremely well, Its easy to work and the app is easy to work. Worth the money. Easy to transfer and edit footage.

Worth the money! I took some time researching what camera would suit me. Good clear picture and sound . Easy to get footage from camera to phone and to edit it. I struggled to get my phone and camera connected originally, but took my son just a couple of minutes, so was my usual lack of technical ability 😂. Easy for me to connect , since original connection. Would recommend to friends and family!

Just upgraded from the DS-1 to DS-2

Just upgraded from the DS-1 to DS-2. Better battery life on DS-2 as DS-1 was almost three years old and needed to use power bank most of the time. DS-2 takes longer to charge as bigger battery. Video quality is a bit better depending on what you are using to watch them on. Customer service was really good after contacting them regarding recording/power issues with DS-1.

Best camera

I really love this camera it’s great and the app is simple to use. The fact is has a camera front and back makes it extremely safe I have this on my riding hat. The quality of the video is really amazing.

Quality products - Arrived less than 24 hours from order

Replacement hat strap arrived less than 24 hours from order - my camera is brilliant, I never ride out without it now. It’s really simple to use and the quality of the footage is excellent. I’ve noticed since using it that car drivers behaviour has improved around myself and my horse.

Very good but could be great

Been using the camera for a few weeks and am happy as it does what I wanted and expected it to do. In some respects it is better than expected - the image quality is great.
Couple of areas for improvement that in my opinion would take it up a level:
1. have a battery level indicator in the app (the LED is not good/fine enough and a couple of times the camera has not filmed as I didn't recharge overnight and there's been no juice left). Would like battery to last longer too but obvs a compromise with weight and is ok with power bank
2. would like more options on cycle helmet fitting. Don't like using adhesives on a helmet and current standard belt fitting leaves the camera too high and prominent (prat factor high); now have mine pivoted horizontally but then there is no adjustment to vertical plane.

Overall I am happy, but there could be more video tutorials for horse riders please!

Overall I am happy - Good website, easy to order and my camera arrived within a couple of days.

I want to add some feedback though.
I watched all the available videos on how to assemble the headcam for my horse riding helmet, but it wasn't easy! It would be helpful to have a more close up video of how each part fits together.
I also think there needs to be a video on how the camera captures video and how to use the app. I had to find a vlogger video from a motorbike rider to help me understand.
Finally - after charging my camera from the mains, I used it approx one week later and the battery had died! so I was sad to not capture any footage that day. I guess you need to fully charge it within 24 hours of use? but this wasn't made clear.

Disappointment money money money…

Like that the instructions are easy to follow. The footage is clear and easily downloads, for a non techy. Annoying bits are. No discount on extention carriage bracket (waited and waited for it launch) despite having shed out on camera. Also now disappointed that a very much needed hard case is being thought about! More money that as a pensioner I don't really have. But need to keep camera safe🙈

First class customer service and a great camera too

I thought there was a problem with my Techalogic DC1 camera which I bought in 2022, so out of warranty. I contacted the company. They were very swift to respond. I sent the camera to them for further testing. (It turns out to be my mistake; there is nothing wrong with it and it is working fine). Techalogic looked at it, tested it, communicated with me and by agreement sent it back. The whole process took less than a week I think. They were incredibly responsive and I cannot praise the customer service highly enough. Very impressed. I should also add that I rely heavily on this excellent camera for riding my horse on the roads. I am sure that it makes a difference to the attitude of car drivers.
