I placed an order and the given tracking number was not linked to my address and was delivered to someone else. So basically I paid an item that I did not receive until yet.
Mistakes could happened but when a company does not answering email and even by the online chat nobody is answering back then it is lack of consideration for their customers. It seems that this company is much more reactive to answer in such website and preoccupied of its e-reputation than to satisfy their customers.

The instructions for loading the app…
The instructions for loading the app and getting the phone to work wit the camera are not correct nor well put. I have a QR scan so I don't need to download the one in the directions. I can't find the app on the GooglePlay store. I'm unable to get the camera to function so its useless right now.
Quite frustrating. I'm glad I didn't pay an exorbitant amount for the camera.

Lack of information after you place your order
I haven't received any information after the order was placed 8 days ago. I went to the chat, and it took years for someone to reply even with the "Green response immediately" message. After I told him my order number, I waited too long, and ask if should i go or wait....did not reply back and I close the chat.
