I ordered a laptop in the midst of the terrible weather in January. When it didn't arrive on time, I contacted Techdeals4u to enquire about it. It turned out that the courier had lost it.
When I requested that they resolve it, they sent me a replacement laptop with a different courier which arrived exactly when indicated.

I would recommend them for their customer orientation, and would recommend that anyone experiencing a problem contact them directly, because they were very helpful to me.

The machines took a while to deliver and needed a replacement part. they were more than willing to help replace the part.

I bought an Asus laptop from there eBay shop.Comes with 5 year warranty.
I was explained each and every thing by the brilliant customer services..Send me all the relevant links to download the software and explained the warranty.

bought this laptop to replace an older model. easy to set up .windows 8 not too bad to negotiate once you play around with it switching between 8 and 7.quite a fast laptop would recommend

I wanted a laptop for my granddaughter for Christmas. I looked on e bay at all of the ones on offer Techdeals 4u stood out from the rest because of the package they had on offer plus the great price.She wanted one for gameing plus school work I got one from Techdeals 4u at a very good price. If you need a laptop this is the place to get one.

We bought 3 PCs from this Birmingham based company and when they came the internal parts like motherboards, ram and power units were not as described. We were sent £37 motherboards instead of £200 ones and the ram was not even paired. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They may be competitively priced but you will not get what you think you are buying inside your PC!! Of course they did not want to know at all and ignored all contact. AVOID

This is easily the best internet company I have ever used. they were very good at giving me the product I needed and after sales care is def the best I have seen on-line.
The prices are very low too and the product I got I was more than happy with and it exceeded all expectations.
