He had my machine picked up, diagnosed, components replaced, data restored and delivered back to me all within 24 hours. He knows his stuff, was very friendly and is super-efficient.

My experience with Michael is the best experience I have had with computer repair.

I was quoted a firm estimate for the job, excluding the cost of replacement parts, and offered no fix, no fee, which is always very reassuring.

I was kept updated with pictures and videos throughout the process, and nicely, when the screen needed to be replaced (the only thing that did), He didn't charge me for the time, but just for the part.

The repair was done on the day the part came in, but it would have been ready the day after I sent it in if a part hadn't needed replacing.

The quality of final fix was perfect.
Service was friendly and speedy.

If, like us, you were in a bit of a computer mess, this is the chap to restore order to your laptop and wi-fi chaos. He did it with friendliness and patience, explaining as he went along. He also built us a new computer at reasonable cost, putting all our existing data onto it in record time.Finally, he sorted out our wi-fi signal, which has helped to make the new set-up run both speedily and efficiently, a joy to use (that includeds internet tv too). We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him. BB

Very good personal service, picks up and delivers, photographs contents of PC to show where problems were located (in my case accmuulated dust blocking the vents). Professional and pleasant!

Asked Michael to help me untangle some issues with using some apps on my mac. He was really willing to listen and solved all the problems i'd listed. He was also very quick to find and fix. I will definitely ask him for any further help with either our Apple or Windows computers.

I had been having terrible problems with both e-mail synchronisation and the sluggish running speed of my computer. Having spent an inordinate length of time in attempting to solve both of these issues, I was at my wits end and managed to find Michael's details in a local magazine. He was brilliant and worked tirelessly, cleaning up my computer (which was full of hidden dross, picked up via search engines, advertising, etc.) and re-setting my e-mail accounts and by the time he left, my Chillblast was revamped and perky! I have no hesitation in recommending Michael to anyone who has technical issues with their computer.

Michael is a great guy and an accomplished technician. He came to the rescue at very short notice after our daughter's mac book screen was damaged the week before her a-levels started! He managed to source and fit replacement parts within 24 hours. Completely fixed and back up and running. I would highly recommend him.
