If you have a question it's very easy to submit it and like other companies, Techhauz us on it right away.

I had an incident with a purchase, took a bit longer than Iit normally does. Tech Hauz got right on it. The employees that work there are always polite and get to a problem quickly and solve it. Tech Hauz has been my go to when I make a purchase.

Order canceled

I am utterly appalled and advise against purchasing from this website. My entire experience has been an absolute disaster, marred by nothing but sheer incompetence and disregard. Without any justifiable cause, they have canceled my order, demonstrating disrespect for my time and patience. This is not just poor service; it's a complete and utter failure on their part to uphold basic customer service standards. I demand accountability and urge others to steer clear of this company to avoid the frustration and disrespect I've endured. I would just advise sticking to retail stores to avoid having time wasted.
