No delivery date, no reply to emaiIs after a week of waiting. I have no idea if / when my new phone will come. Totally unacceptable to advertise and take money for items that you have no idea if/when you can deliver. Totally disappointed and requesting refund through Paypal.

You took my money made me wait over a week then refunded money I have no hard drive.

Great customer service and product was very good.

Item was out of stock but it was still advertised. There has been no response to my emails about cancellation and no refund either yet.
I have started a claim with PayPal and even that seems to be ignored.

I was a little disappointed in the items I received I didn't think they were worth what I paid for them & not happy with the delivery charge. Would be returning them but dont want to pay almost as much as the item cost to return them so will give them to charity. They took to.long to arrive. Won't be using this site again.

We ordered Angels Wings for our business premises. due to no fault of the company when we opened the box, one of the wings was broken. We contacted the TechHigh Street, without hesitation a new set was dispatched. We are thrilled with the wings and the service received. 10/10

I bought the James Martin electric carving knife as a gift for my son. From the description it sounded good quality and was supplied with two sets of blades. My son was pleased with it and said it works well.

Item not available after purchase PayPal refund which takes forever
PayPal refund may have been instant but it takes a week to get my money back !
Would be beneficial to only list items you have in stock

Bought an Orient Star 'Open heart automatic watch via Amazon. The watch itself is exactly as expected though the delivery was just outside the projected delivery timescales, but all in all no complaints. However, I was 'package blind' until the item arrived but considering where the watch had to come from, this is just a minor quibble.

Quick delivery, iyem as described

Recovered a bit from a rocky start; listing said the item was in the UK and I wanted it quickly as a present. Unfortunately it was in singapore and took a couple of weeks to get here. I tried to cancel it before it was even actually shipped, but it ended up being delivered anyway. It was the genuine article, but no use to me. Ebay sorted a refund although it would have been covered by the seller's returns policy anyway; and the seller was fine with me returning it to the UK address instead of having to ship it back to singapore, which I appreciated. I still had to pay tracked postage though, so it's ended up costing me £8 for nothing, but that's not the end of the world.

From US, LONDON, Poland than to UK Peterlee I received refund as you tryed to gave the watch I paid for to Poland as its was tracked

Ordered graphics card. Supplier sent wrong one. TechHighStreet sorted the issue very fast and was in constant communication with me. Issue was resolved to a very satisfactory outcome. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Was reasonably happy with service and product. can't blame them for delay on delivery due to Brexit
