Absolutely shocking company to deal with.
I have a problem with some earbuds that i purchased as a Birthday Present less than 8 months ago and also purchased the 2 year extended warranty at an additional cost and now that i have a problem with them can't get a response from techieselect support who have chosen to ignore my numerous emails and attempts to contact them.
No support phone number even though is says contact us by phone on the website.
Very poor as the product was good when working. 1/10

The most terrible product that came into my hands. I have been a musician for over 30 years and greatly understand what the sound should be. But this product is just terrible. The most unpleasant thing was that I could not return it; no one answered the phone number on the website. whoever is reading now before deciding whether to buy or not - run away from this company.

I brought a pair of the speakers totalling over £100 ,They were very much not as described so I returned took a photograph when I received but they are completely ignoring my emails and I doubt very much. I will get any money back. This has gone on for months.

What an amazing company!

I bought two sets of ear buds and a speaker for Christmas. One set was for my son, and the other for me to gym with…we absolutely love them ❤️
Sadly, two months passed and one ear bud stopped working. I emailed the company and Lisa Smith replied, I explained what had happened and without hesitation, Lisa sent me the entire order again! No questions asked, she didn’t even ask me to confirm my address, she did all the work and went to the original order. I’ve never had anyone from a company be so kind and not expect me to go through hoops to get something rectified, I can’t recommend this company enough. Great products and exceptional customer service. My son is so grateful, as is my daughter who has a set now too 🥰
Good things never happen to me usually, but this experience changed that, so thank you to Lisa and Techie Select!
