Support staff unprofessional, don't follow their own company policies.

Don't buy from them, big red flag . They don't even follow their own policies, they are uncourteous to their customers and they purposefully make their information vague so as in the hopes that you would stop sending messages ,basically to try and chase you away. I bought a faulty motherboard from them, tested the board at home with the manufacturer via email(Who was very supportive, thanks ASUS you rock!). After a thorough testing period I decided to return the motherboard for another one since It still fell under the 30 day return policy. They came back to me a week later and said I(the customer) needed to contact the manufacturer(Asus doesn't deal with customer of resellers directly) to make a warranty claim, which I found to be extremely unprofessional . That is not how a warranty claim works. No further explanation was given as to why a warranty claim was suggested instead of an exchange/refund since It fell under the 30 day return policy , just their useless "technical" advice from their supposed "technical staff" . I doubt they where even qualified for their positions as their definition for technical support was a bunch of "random guesses" and yet more vagueness, professionals don't guess an answer and then send it to their customers. You make sure your information is correct . I would not suggest anyone buy form them if you do not want your money or time waisted .
