Borderline scam Practices and Disappointing Customer Service (see other reviews)
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Technextday that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a Gigabyte Z690 AORUS MASTER Intel Socket 1700 DDR5 ATX Motherboard (Order #137954) from them, only to realize that it was incompatible with my PC case upon delivery. Within the legal 14-day cooling-off period, I initiated a return request, hoping for a smooth resolution.
Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse. Technextday proposed several deductions from my refund, including a restocking fee, test fee, and potential shipping cost. These fees amounted to a staggering 30-40% of the motherboard's original price. I expressed my concerns about the fairness of these charges, but my concerns were brushed aside.
The most frustrating part was my interaction with a person who claimed to be a manager, Mark Walker. His behavior was questionable, to say the least. He initially identified as the manager, but his contradictory statements raised doubts about his authenticity. When I asked for the return process to be paused until I heard back from the actual manager, he responded rudely and declined my request.
Despite my repeated requests, I was not able to escalate my case to a legitimate manager for review. The lack of transparency, the disproportionate fees, and the unprofessional conduct of this individual left me deeply disappointed and concerned about their business practices.
Given my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before doing business with Technextday. Their lack of transparency, coupled with excessive fees and unprofessional conduct, create an environment that is far from customer-friendly. As a consumer, I am now seeking advice from consumer protection agencies to protect my rights and interests.
I sincerely hope that my review helps others make informed decisions when considering Technextday as a potential retailer.

Great
Ordered a 7900xtx which was delivered on time and the cheapest price for that AIB. All good so far, no complaints. (TND-10 for £10 off)
Well packaged item
Well packaged item, arrived well within the expected time.
Works flawlessly so no further communications needed.
Good website and very competitive…
Good website and very competitive prices plus very quick free deliver. All in all +++++++++
Available straight away
Ordered an Intel processor that was showing 30 days+ from other suppliers. Got this one within 2 days. Top stuff
Excellent service
Good experience - packing could be better
On the whole would recommend, Fast delivery. Got everything I ordered. Only feedback would be on the packing. I had my motherboard and somthing else put in one box just big enough for both. There was some plastic air bag protection in the bottom of the box but none around side or top. The motherboard box had been squashed and damaged during transport but did no harm to the board luckily.
Super fast delivery, great prices
Super fast delivery, graphics card arrived on time and a great deal cheaper than at other retailers! Would definitely use again!
It's a CPU
It's a low powered CPU. It' computes things at a speed as advertised. I guess it met the marketing expectations which is unusual if never true these days.
Good prices and fast delivery!
5 star service all the way!
A very quick accurate service. I will definitely shop here again.
Not a scam
Fast delivery and product as described. However I received no email confirmation of order which made feel anxious that it maybe a scam. All good other than that.
Ordered a GPU and a new PSU to run it…
Ordered a GPU and a new PSU to run it on Friday afternoon. Said estimated delivery was for Sat - Mon. On Sunday, I noticed my order was still in 'processing', although money was taken from account. Panicking, I rang their number, not expecting a reply. But, after a while, the call was answered which put my anxieties to rest.
Early hours Monday morning, still saying 'processing'.
Went to bed, was woken before midday with the parcel at my door :) Literally a 3 hour delivery. Wow!
Anyway, Just wanted to say thanks for the amazing deal on the GPU and the prompt delivery service. Everything works great!
Hadn't heard of this company, but great experience
I had not heard of this company until I used a price comparison site for a PC case; this site came up cheapest. As the product was not something electrically or mechanically complex I thought I would give them a go and I'm glad I did.
No issues at all with the order, fast delivery, well packaged and cheaper than the rest.
Perfect experience from me, although I have not needed to test the support or warranty (which maybe is a good thing!)
Great first time buy experience
Great first time buy experience
Fast dispatch, good prices albeit their eBay tactic of raising prices when discount codes are running is shady
Excellent prices and fast delivery
First time using the company website…
First time using the company website and will definitely be using it again in the future.
Great product and great price
